Once again, account must be taken of the wind for the tee is slightly sheltered, but for most of its flight the ball is not. The green lies on the far side of a valley, presenting a fetching target. There is a long green, sloping left to right and back to front and a cross-wind emphasises its narrowness. Six bunkers give attractive definition to the hole as well as punishing errant shots.
