Hole: 18 – 368 yards – Par 4 - Stroke index 14
The last hole and no push over. The longer hitters should be aware of
“Champs-Alley”. Hit your drive over the hill at 232 yards from the visitors
tee and your ball could be held up in the rough grown on the bank facing the
green. If you’ve done your home-work before playing and got this far,
remember to look-out for the bank as you play the first hole. Standing on
the 18th tee aim towards the 1st tee and landing your tee-shot on top of the
hill will leave an unobstructed view of the green. For the shorter drive if
you fall short and land in the series of banks and gulley’s look for the
marker in the distance to help line up your second shot. Once at the green,
bunkers on the right side will catch any wayward shot, making par difficult.
Play your second shot to a subtle right to left slopping putting surface,
alternatively play left to avoid the bunkers allowing an easier opportunity
to get up and down for par.
